DAY 1

ENROUTE TO KIBALE NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, you will fly from Entebbe to Kibale national park where you will rest upon arrival so that you will be ready for your magical safari.

DAY 2

CHIMPANZEES IN KIBALE NATIONAL PARK

Early in the morning, you will depart for the Bigodi swamp walk and if you are early enough you can spot the chimpanzees leaving the nest. You will get some time to spot the chimpanzees and in the afternoon you will get the time to visit Bigodi where you can visit several cultural heritage sites and learn more about traditional activities and the lifestyle. You can also visit the crater lake region for some picturesque views.

DAY 3

GORILLA'S HERE WE COME!

After breakfast, you will be picked up and taken to the airport for your flight to Bwindi impenetrable national park. You will be welcomed by your guide and head to your lodge. In the afternoon you can choose to relax at the lodge or visit the Batwa community which will welcome you to their community and their daily lives. You will dance with them and learn more about their culture which will leave you amazed. In the late afternoon, you will head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4

MEET THE GORILLAS

After an early breakfast, you will head to the headquarters for a safety briefing and the do's and don’ts during your trekking. Your gorilla trekking will start immediately after the briefing. This is a memorable and amazing experience watching the mountain gorillas feed, play around and also do their day to day activities. The trekking can take 2 - 8 hours since it's location-dependent and movement of the gorillas. Once you meet the gorillas you will spend an hour with the gorilla family to take all the pictures you want and afterwards, head back to the headquarters to pick up your certificate and head back to your lodge.

DAY 5

ENROUTE TO ENTEBBE

After breakfast, you will depart to the airstrip for your departure flight to Entebbe where you can connect to another international flight or spend the night in Entebbe.

DAY 6

SERENGETI; THE GREAT SAVANNAH PLAINS

Today you will explore the plains of the Serengeti and chase the great migration. Whether you would like to go for early morning and afternoon safari or a full day spend on the savannah, you will hopefully be able to spot the great migration.

DAY 7

A MORNING IN SERENGETI

An early morning rise in Serengeti is one of those things you will probably never forget and totally worth it. Animals are just waking up and you might spot some amazing wildlife and the light is just perfect for that perfect shot. In the afternoon you will head to Ngorongoro crater for your overnight stay.

NGORONGORO CRATER - AFRICA'S GARDEN OF EDEN

Early in the morning, you will descend down the crater for a wonderful safari experience. Different wildlife will be awaiting you in the different landscapes in the crater. A warm lunch in a memorable setting and enjoying the view. The crater is home to many animals, such as antelope, hyenas, hippos, lions, flamingoes and more. A real bucket list destination. You will head to Lake Eyasi for your dinner and overnight.

DAY 11

STEP BACK IN TIME IN EYASI

Before breakfast, you will head out with the bushmen for a hunting expedition (optional) and after you've learned from some of the oldest tribes on the world how to survive in the wild, you will visit their small village and learn more about their simple and traditional way of living. After a visit to the bushmen, you will head to the datoga tribe, who live completely different but in peace and harmony. You will learn how to melt iron, how the woman feeds their families and you will learn their traditional dance. After brunch, you will head back to Arusha for your departure flight or overnight.
