DAY 1

EXPLORING KIGALI CITY

Welcome to Mauritius!!! Arrive at the Port Louis Airport, proceed for a transfer from the Airport to Hotel. While the rest of your day is free at leisure. Stay overnight at hotel / resort in Mauritius.

DAY 3

Visit Pamplemousse Garden, City Tour, Caudan Waterfront ( North Tour )

After breakfast, proceed on a panoramic city tour of Port Louis the capital of Mauritius, next to the Caudan Waterfront and recreation centre which includes Citadelle Fort, Jumbo Hyper Market. Later you could opt to visit the Pamplemousses Royal Botanical Gardens (at a supplement cost). You may also experience optional activity of Blue Safari or Sub-Scooter (at a supplement cost). Stay overnight at hotel / resort in Mauritius.

DAY 4

Day At Leisure

Early morning you will trek to the tomb of Diana Fossey. It is one of the most popular safari activities while visiting volcanoes national park and affords good views of forest hogs, forest elephants and a variety of primates and bird species.

DAY 5

Visit Troux Aux Cerfs & Chamarel ( South Tour )

Today you will go for a nature walk in buhanga eco-park. Buhanga eco the park has been a sacred forest where the Rwandese kings performed initiation ceremonies.

DAY 6

Day At Leisure

After breakfast, you will depart towards one of Rwanda's most special national parks. You will visit the Murambi genocide memorial on the way. In the evening you will head to your lodge for dinner and overnight in Nyungwe forest national park.

DAY 7

Ile Aux Cerfs

After breakfast, leave for Ile Aux Cerfs which is a large island found in the east coast of Mauritius. Ile Aux Cerfs is a paradise for water sports having excellent beaches for swimming, snorkeling and shallow lagoons. The Highlight of the visit is “The Under Sea Walk” at extra cost. Stay overnight at hotel / resort in Mauritius.

Day At Leisure

In the morning you will transfer to Kibuye and you will go for the 160-meter canopy walk. You will overnight near Kibuye.

DAY 9

KIBUYE CITY TOUR

Today you will visit Kibuye town and visit the Bisesero genocide memorial. The memorial is home to stunning scenery and a stirring genocide memorial. The tour will end with a visit to st. Pierre. You will return to your accommodation for lunch and relaxation in the afternoon.

DAY 10

Ile aux Aigrettes Nature Reserve Tour, Including Blue Bay Beach & Mahébourg

Instead of making separate plans for some of Mauritius' top attractions, opt for a combo tour. Hike Ile aux Aigrettes nature reserve, the place to see giant tortoise; enjoy leisure time at Blue Bay's beach and lagoon; and discover Mahébourg historical village. The colonial-era architecture is a major draw of Mahebourg but you can also visit the National History Museum (Naval Museum). Today you will go for a game drive but also get to meet and talk to the rangers, anti-poaching patrols and community projects. It's a fascinating insight into the often very political world of modern wildlife conversation in east Africa and the day-to-day running of a protected zone.
